Kindly take your time to read through to understand how our process works, you will proceed to fill a consultation form afterwards, before being redirected to a check-out page to pay for the consultation. After your payment, a receipt will be sent to you, then till your consultation day where we officially meet you.
CONSULTATION – We request a non- refundable fee of $100 / NGN 150,000 for consultations, this is important as we will be taking time to receive your request, make recommendations for you based on your size, body and skin type. We will also be taking your measurements virtually should you are an out of state client ( you will need to get a taperule measure for this). This fee must be paid before we proceed with your consultation, and goes towards your total dress fee should you decide to move forward with us. However if you are buying one of our designs, it is not required to pay this fee except you want virtual measurements which is done for $30.
After consultation payment is made, we take your measurements with you via video call through your preferred platform, and also create a sketch of your design if it’s needed. You will need to get a tape measure ahead of this day. But you can also choose to send us your measurements if you are certain it’s accurate.
PROCESSING TIME – This depends on the type of dress and quantity. A regular evening/prom dress takes 2-10 weeks. A highly embellished luxury dress, or wedding gowns can take up to 5-20weeks, kindly note these are only estimates for dress production, it may not take as much time but it is important you book ahead to avoid rush, and also communicate your event date with us.
Also note shipping only takes 3-6 days after the dress itself is done .
FITTINGS AND DELIVERY – Once your dress is done, we will reach out to you on the possible day of fitting. However, if you are out of state, we do fitting virtually using someone as close as possible to your size while you check for any alterations possible before we ship. Please note that this method has worked for us over the years, so you don’t have to worry.
PAYMENTS – We accept installment payment, which means you can spread your payment twice or thrice or monthly. But note that your dress production will only start when your payment is up to 50% payment, However the process of fabric sourcing and virtual measurement will start immediately after confirmation of your first deposit. After we have concluded on the style, we will send you a payment link to make your first deposit. This payment link allows you to use your card or PayPal to pay. Please note we have no access to your card information; it is secured.
DRESS PROCESS – After the first deposit, we begin the process by first sourcing for fabrics, once the fabric is confirmed, we proceed to make the dress. After this, pictures and videos will be shared with you to make any necessary alterations before final touches are made, especially if the dress has embellishments. We also go ahead to fit the dress on someone who is closely related in size to you (as we have a large number of staff and students in different sizes). This helps us eliminate a lot of problems and alterations. After the final look is made, and you confirm you are pleased with your dress, we send a link for the balance which is 50%, then we proceed to ship. Our items are shipped via DHL EXPRESS and it takes 4-6 days to arrive.
