Once you are ready, you will complete a consultation form and subsequently be directed to a checkout page to process your consultation fee. Following your payment, a receipt will be provided, and we will prepare for your consultation appointment.
CONSULTATION – A non-refundable consultation fee of $150 / #200,000 is required. Upon receipt of your consultation payment, we will schedule a video call to take your measurements through your preferred platform and, if needed, create a design sketch. Please ensure you have a tape measure on hand, or you may opt to send us your measurements if you are confident in their accuracy.
PROCESSING TIME – The processing time varies based on the type and complexity of the dress. A standard evening or prom dress typically requires 1- 10 weeks, while more intricate luxury dresses or wedding gowns may take 5-20 weeks to complete. These timelines are estimates; therefore, we recommend planning ahead to prevent any inconvenience and clearly communicating your event date to us. A rush fee is charged if dresses is needed in a short timeframe. Additionally, please be advised that shipping will take 3-8 working days once your dress is complete.
FITTINGS AND DELIVERY – Upon completion of your dress, we will reach out to discuss the fitting date. For out-of-state clients, we conduct fittings virtually using a model who closely matches your size, allowing for your approval of any necessary alterations prior to shipping. This method has consistently proven effective.
PAYMENTS – We offer flexible installment payment options, enabling you to distribute your payments over two or three installments or on a monthly basis. Please note that production of your dress will commence only after your payment reaches at least 70% of the total amount. However, the process of virtual measurements will begin immediately after receipt of your initial deposit and fabric sourcing starts when the payment is at least 50%. Once we finalize the style, we will provide a payment link for your first deposit.
DRESS PROCESS – Following your 50% deposit, we will initiate the process by sourcing the appropriate fabrics. Once the fabric is confirmed, it will be purchased while dress production commences when your deposit is up to 70%. Throughout the process, we will share pictures and videos with you to facilitate any necessary alterations, especially for embellished designs. Additionally, we will conduct fittings on a model whose size closely aligns with yours, thereby minimizing potential issues. Once you approve the final look, we will send a payment link for the remaining 30% balance, after which we will proceed to ship your dress. Our items are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3-8 working days.
