However, if your item was produced using the selected fabric, in the correct size, style, and color, and was approved by you prior to shipping, it is not eligible for return.
If you experience any issues upon delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours. Be sure to include clear photos and videos showing any concerns related to damage, quality, sizing, or incorrect design details.
Please note the following:

– [ ] Custom-made items, including dresses tailored to individual measurements or personalized designs, are non-returnable. But should the item has issue based on our fault , an exchange can be made
– [ ] Customers acknowledge that there may be slight color variations in dress photos due to different screen settings.
– [ ] Size appearances can vary on different body types.
– [ ] Handmade items may not be identical; they can vary slightly in beading and materials used compared to the displayed product.
– [ ] Items with brand tags must be returned intact and in their original position.
– [ ] If you choose to cancel your order, the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee.
– [ ] Returns are accepted only for products in their original condition and with prior approval. Items must be returned within 1-2 days of delivery. Please ensure the return address is accurate (provided by customer service) and includes correct tracking information.
– [ ] Allow 1-6 weeks for return processing based on your courier choice. A refund notification will be sent once your return is processed, and refunds typically credit back to your original payment method within 1-10 business days.
– [ ] The item must be returned in perfect condition. You may try the dress on, but it must retain all labels, tags, and ribbons. A refund will not be issued if the dress isn’t in the same condition as shipped

• Items that arrive damaged, incorrect in size, wrong style, or wrong color- provided these issues are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Not Eligible for Exchange
• Items that were made using the approved fabric, size, style, and color, and confirmed by the customer before shipping.
• Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.
• Custom or personalized orders that match the approved specifications.
How to Request an Exchange
• Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photos and videos showing the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect size or style).
• Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping Costs
• If the error is on our end, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the exchange is requested for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Refund Policy
All sales are final and cannot be canceled. Please take your time to review your decision before proceeding with payment, as the processing begins immediately after an order is placed.

– [ ] When the product is delivered, a signature is required. If no one is home, the courier will make additional delivery attempts or leave the package at the door.
– [ ] Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and dimensions, with all weights rounded up according to the policies of our shipping providers.
