PAYMENT POLICY1. Custom Orders – 70% Deposit Required
Production begins only after a minimum of 70% of the total cost is paid. For installment plans, work starts once the 70% threshold is reached.
2. Balance Payment Before Delivery
Once your outfit is completed, we’ll send a photo for your review and any final adjustments. A payment link—including shipping fees—will then be provided to complete your balance before dispatch.
3. Consultation Fee• The consultation fee contributes toward your deposit and is deducted from your total order.
• It covers design analysis, sketch drafting (if needed), and virtual measurements.
• This process begins once your consultation fee is confirmed.
• Website orders do not require consultation. However, virtual measurement sessions are available for $50.

• Standard Consultation: $150
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+1)This fee is non-refundable and applies toward your dress purchase (70% deposit still required to begin production).
Important Notes:
• Direct access to the CEO is not required for purchases.
• Our trained consultants are equipped to guide you professionally.
• We guarantee high-quality service and attention to detail throughout your session.
PRODUCTION UPDATE POLICY
PRODUCTION POLICYWe deliver high-quality, custom designs within 1 to 15 weeks, depending on complexity and quantity. We’re happy to align with your event timeline.
To maintain efficiency:
• Please avoid frequent progress requests, as this may delay production.
• You’ll receive updates at three key stages:1. Pre-Production: Fabric samples sent for your selection. Production begins once confirmed.
2. Mid-Production: Progress update before embellishments or finishing touches.
3. Final Review: Completed design shared for approval before delivery.
This structured workflow ensures your vision is realized with room for adjustments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our work, we uphold strict cancellation and refund policies.
1. Order Cancellations• Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled. If you cancel your order, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Refunds• No refunds after payment is made.
• Adjustments can be made before shipping.
• Final designs may vary slightly from inspiration but will reflect your vision.
• Alterations can be requested before dispatch.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Customs-related delays are beyond our control.
2. Shipping Responsibility• Customers cover return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Customs Declaration• Declare return items at $100 or less to avoid high charges.
• Non-compliance may result in additional fees.
4. Refund Process• Issued within 2- 10 business days after inspection.
• Damaged or altered items may be declined or partially refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Items• Consultation fees and original shipping costs.
6. Dispute Resolution• Report sizing issues before third-party alterations.
• We are not liable for unauthorized modifications.
