PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
At Keerah’s Fashion Cave, we prioritize efficiency and quality. Our payment policy is as follows:
1. 50% Deposit Required:
Production begins only after at least 50% of the total cost is paid. For installment payments, the making process will only start when you reach the 50% mark of the total.
2. Balance Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery. After the dress has been made, we will send a picture of the complete outcome for you to review and make necessary adjustments. After this, we will send a payment link which will include the shipping fee, so you can balance your payment and then we can ship.
3. Consultation Fee:
Paying the consultation fee does not affect the making process; the 50% mark deposit is required to start the making of your dress. However, the cost of consultation also goes towards the deposit, and this fee will be deducted from the total of your order. The consultation fee only covers design analysis, sketch drafting if necessary, and virtual measurement. This will be done as soon as your consultation fee payment is confirmed.

CONSULTATION POLICY
At Keerah’s Fashion Cave,
we offer expert consultations to ensure a perfect fit. Our consultations include design analysis, sketch drafting, and virtual measurements.
Consultation Options:
1. Standard Consultation: $100
(Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM GMT+1)

2. CEO Consultation: $200
(Selected days, by appointment only — subject to approval based on design complexity)
Please note that direct access to the CEO is not a prerequisite for making a purchase, just as is the case with globally recognized fashion houses.

PRODUCTION UPDATE POLICY
At Keerahs Fashion Cave,
we take pride in delivering high-quality, well-crafted designs within the agreed-upon timeline which is about 1 to 15 weeks depending on dress design and quantity (we can always work with your event timeline). To ensure efficiency and maintain the highest standards, our production process follows a structured workflow, and our team works diligently to meet every deadline.
Once a dress process duration has been communicated, we kindly ask customers to trust our expertise and try to avoid requesting frequent updates on the progress of their outfits. Constant interruptions can slow down production and affect overall efficiency. Rest assured, our team remains committed to delivering your order on schedule, and you will be notified once your outfit is ready.
We provide scheduled updates at three key stages of production to keep you informed and involved throughout the process. Rest assured, we will reach out to you at each stage to ensure your satisfaction.
1 Pre-Production: Before we begin, we will send you fabric samples to select your preferred choice. Once the fabric and all necessary details are finalized, we will proceed with production immediately.
2 Mid-Production Check-In: After assembling the dress but before adding embellishments (or any other finishing touches), we will send you an update. At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to review the progress and request any necessary adjustments.
3 Final Review: Once embellishments and final details have been added, we will share the completed design with you for approval before delivery.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY AFTER PAYMENT
At Keerahs Fashion Cave, we take pride in creating custom and ready-to-wear outfits with different range of fabrics and expert craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our business, we have strict policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. All orders are final.
- The process begins immediately after confirmation.
2. Refunds
- When an order is started and processed as confirmed by the customer, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to assist with necessary adjustments before shipping.
- We do our best to ensure every order meets your expectations by sending you an update where necessary. Since the dress is customized based off inspiration, the designs may not be exactly “same” but as similar as possible. When the final product is sent, you can request alterations based on your design before the dress is shipped.
- Our team is always available to guide you through the process and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

RETURN & REFUND RESOLUTION POLICY (SHIPPED ORDERS ONLY)
At Keerahs Fashion Cave, we take pride in delivering high-quality pieces and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, in rare cases where a return is necessary, the following terms apply:
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only on eligible orders, as determined by our customer service team after a formal complaint is reviewed.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition within 24–48 hours of delivery or as otherwise agreed with us.
- Returns made outside the approved time frame or without prior consent will be rejected at the point of delivery and not eligible for a refund.
- For returns due to late delivery, items must be unopened and in the exact condition received. Opened or used items will be rejected.
Note: Not all late deliveries are eligible for return, especially those delayed by customs, as such delays are beyond our control. It is advised that customers monitor and track their orders while in transit, and notify us if an unusual delay is noticed.
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
3. Customs Declaration Requirement
To avoid high customs charges when shipping returns:
- Declare the item at a value of $100 or less when returning to Nigeria.
- Customers who fail to comply will bear any additional customs charges imposed.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days.
- If the item is damaged or not in original condition, the refund may be declined or reduced.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Consultation fees and original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Issues with sizing should be reported before handing the item to a third-party for alterations.
- We are not liable for any issues caused by unauthorized alterations.
