Customer Policy Agreement Form

By signing this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the customer policies of Keerahs Fashion Cave, as outlined on the Policy Guide Page.

AGREEMENT *

All orders are processed and fulfilled in line with the timelines, terms, and standards stated by Keerahs Fashion Cave.
I am responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details in the case where I do not opt in for the virtual consultation
I understand that my shipping fee will be paid separately and isn't billed with the original dress fee
I will allow Keerah send in progress updates at each key stages as required.
Refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions and apply only to eligible, shipped items.
Any return must be made in the original condition and between 24-48 hours after delivery, and I understand that Keerahs Fashion Cave keeps records (including videos/photos) of items before shipment for quality assurance.
I understand that refunds are not processed for custom orders, and as such cannot be canceled but I will communicate my alterations so I can get neccessary adjustments done.
I will use the appropriate channels to communicate concerns and agree not to engage in defamatory actions or social media smear campaigns.
I understand that engaging in social media smear campaigns will disqualify my chances of getting my refund processed
By placing an order, I consent to these terms and accept that failure to follow them may affect my eligibility for support, refunds, or future service.
I understand that if I go silent or fail to complete payment within the stated period after production, the company reserves the right to resell the dress without prior notice.
I acknowledge the importance of timely communication and commitment to ensure a smooth and respectful experience.
I also understand that if my dress is resold and I return within three (3) months to request a remake, the company will remake the dress. However, if I return within six (6) months, the dress will be remade at the prevailing market price at that time.
