RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item shipped in good condition and In correct size picked. We encourage our customers to carefully read through each item details and size chart before placing their order
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges only if legible. Here are conditions of exchanges and refunds:
- Item bought on sale can not be refunded or exchanged
- Personalized items can not be refunded
- Only sold out items will be refunded
- For a wrong sizing from us, item will be exchanged
- Item returned must be between 2-5 working days via a reliable courier services
- Items returned will be inspected when it arrives , and only when it’s in good condition will a refund or exchange be made.
SHIPPING POLICIES
All our items are shipped via DHL EXPRESS and items take 3-7 working days to arrive depending on location. We offer shipping to all countries and here are our shipping conditions
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- All custom fees will be the responsibility of the customer ; Custom fees are usually charged by the countries at the border so we have no control over it
- Check your address carefully as we will not be responsible for lost item based on wrong address
- Once an item is shipped , it may not be redirected and if it can, it will attract additional fee
- You will be responsible for paying shipping cost to return an item
- If you fail to pick up your item or not available at time of delivery and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping fee
- We will state lower than your item value to help reduce the custom duties you will be charged
- You will receive a tracking number to monitor your item once shipped
- Shipping fees are based on item weight, so it may vary
- If an item is not delivered or lost in transit, we will take responsibility for it and reship the item
- If you want your shipping fast-tracked, it will attract additional fee
PROCESSING TIME
All items take 2- 20 working days to make depending on the dress. Regular simple dresses will be done in less than 10 days but embellished dresses take longer time to be processed. However , if you want your item expedited, it will attract extra cost.
